Preschool Head

The Preschool Head is responsible for leading the preschool section by creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and thrive. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality early childhood education through creative learning experiences, effective curriculum implementation, teacher development, and strong parent engagement. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and oversee the daily operations of the preschool section. -Plan, develop, and implement engaging weekly and monthly activity plans aligned with the early years curriculum. -Design creative, play-based learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical and language development. -Introduce innovative classroom activities, sensory play, STEM exploration, arts and crafts, storytelling, music, drama, and outdoor learning experiences. -Monitor children's progress and ensure age-appropriate learning milestones are achieved. -Supervise, mentor, and evaluate preschool teachers and teaching assistants to maintain high teaching standards. -Conduct regular classroom observations and provide coaching to improve instructional practices. -Ensure classrooms are visually stimulating, child-friendly, safe, and equipped with appropriate learning resources. -Organize school events, celebrations, exhibitions, field trips, and parent engagement activities. -Foster creativity, curiosity, confidence, communication, and independent learning among children. -Work closely with parents by providing regular updates, guidance, and support regarding children's development. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and school policies. -Support admissions and contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the preschool.
