The Academic Coordinator – Mathematics is responsible for leading and improving the Mathematics department by ensuring high-quality teaching, effective curriculum implementation, and strong student achievement. The role supports teachers through coaching, lesson planning, assessment, and continuous professional development while maintaining academic standards across all grade levels. Requirements: -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field. -2–5 years of experience in Mathematics teaching and academic coordination or departmental leadership. -Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, and instructional leadership. -Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

The role focuses on ensuring high-quality early childhood education through creative learning experiences, effective curriculum implementation, teacher development, and strong parent engagement. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and oversee the daily operations of the preschool section. -Plan, develop, and implement engaging weekly and monthly activity plans aligned with the early years curriculum. -Design creative, play-based learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical and language development. -Introduce innovative classroom activities, sensory play, STEM exploration, arts and crafts, storytelling, music, drama, and outdoor learning experiences. -Monitor children's progress and ensure age-appropriate learning milestones are achieved. -Supervise, mentor, and evaluate preschool teachers and teaching assistants to maintain high teaching standards. -Conduct regular classroom observations and provide coaching to improve instructional practices. -Ensure classrooms are visually stimulating, child-friendly, safe, and equipped with appropriate learning resources. -Organize school events, celebrations, exhibitions, field trips, and parent engagement activities. -Foster creativity, curiosity, confidence, communication, and independent learning among children. -Work closely with parents by providing regular updates, guidance, and support regarding children's development. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and school policies. -Support admissions and contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the preschool.

The Mathematics Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective Mathematics lessons while ensuring students achieve strong academic outcomes. The role requires sound knowledge of the Edexcel curriculum, effective lesson planning, continuous assessment, and the ability to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students. Key Responsibilities: -Plan and deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons in line with the Edexcel curriculum. -Prepare lesson plans, teaching resources, and schemes of work. -Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations. -Prepare students for Edexcel internal and external assessments. -Create a positive, engaging and disciplined classroom environment. -Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse learning needs of students. -Maintain accurate student records and provide regular progress updates. -Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance. -Participate in staff meetings, professional development and school activities. -Ensure compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures. Requirements: -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field. -2–5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics. -Strong knowledge of the Edexcel curriculum, assessment framework, and examination requirements. -Experience preparing students for Edexcel examinations is preferred. -Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills. -Passion for teaching and improving student learning outcomes.
