A Grade 1 Homeroom Teacher is responsible for the overall academic, social, and emotional development of students. The teacher plans and delivers engaging lessons, manages classroom routines and behaviour, monitors student progress, provides individual support, communicates with parents, and maintains a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment that encourages confidence, independence, and strong foundational skills.
